About
I’m Fiona Drummond, a communication trainer and facilitator specialising in theatre-based techniques to enhance professional presence, effectiveness, and connection.
As an actor, I have performed at the National Theatre and leading UK venues. I have adapted classical works into solo storytelling shows for the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse and international stages. I have directed at the Orange Tree Theatre and in drama schools. After many years of delivering drama workshops, I became a Learning Consultant for Arts Organizations developing bespoke experiential learning programmes and professional development for educators and practitioners.
I’m an Associate Trainer for ESTU Global and I am part of the Executive Learning team at Shakespeare’s Globe; Centre Stage, where I deliver high-impact training for business leaders and professionals. I have delivered training and facilitation across business, education, and the arts, including CERO Generation, Boldyn Network, Page&Page Health, MRC London Intercollegiate Doctoral Training Programme, The National Saturday Club, The Old Vic, and the Southwark Playhouse.
Drawing on my experience as an actor, director, and storyteller, I help clients turn theory into practice, providing the space and guidance to rehearse and embrace new ways of communicating and leading with confidence.
